OccuSafety Services provides independent, owner-based safety advisory services for complex, large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple contractors, high-risk construction activities, and strict regulatory requirements. We support project owners across British Columbia's heavy/civil construction sector — including utilities, energy, and large industrial developments — helping strengthen due diligence, hold contractors accountable, and proactively manage risk across every project phase.
Our work is led by Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP) with over a decade of progressive experience on multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs. We deliver structured, performance-driven oversight grounded in proactive risk management and clear, defensible documentation practices.

Independent Safety Oversight & Contractor Compliance Monitoring
We act as the owner's independent eyes on the ground, providing objective safety oversight in multi-contractor construction environments. Our team reviews and validates contractor safety plans, procedures, and documentation, then verifies that what's written is what's actually happening in the field. We monitor contractor safety performance against regulatory and project-specific requirements, and provide clear, timely reporting that supports informed decision-making at the owner level.
This independent verification function is critical on large-scale projects where dozens of contractors and subcontractors operate concurrently. We've delivered this function on projects of comparable scale and complexity, helping owners maintain visibility, accountability, and control without relying solely on contractor self-reporting.

Our advisors have conducted and supported hundreds of inspections, audits, and hazard assessments annually on major infrastructure projects, with a focus on high-risk activities such as work at height, confined space entry, energized work, mobile equipment operations, and excavation.
